Maybe not yet.....

Could be the worst is over. Clone 44 hasn't actually been arrested yet, and we should have enough influence to keep him out of reach of the law for a bit. We hope. 884, who was Lord Lucan at one point, has been sent over there to look after things. Fingers crossed.

A new Prime Minister

Lots of meetings this week about Clone 44. It's an eggs-in-basket situation; we don't have any more clones in senior enough positions, because we assumed that this one would last until it didn't matter any more. But where are we going to find someone we can brainwash into supporting every last tiny aspect of US policy. And can we do it in time?

More Bad News

Oh dear. Looks like Clone 44 is in this up to his neck. What are we going to do if he goes?

Bad News from London

Bad news from the Clone 44 Management Unit in London. There's a scandal on the way - financial, apparently, which would bring down Clone 44's government. Now that is the last thing we need just now. Let's hope it's not true.

But not the French

The French, supercilious bastards, say they don't want the American missiles because their own are better. But they do want the Statue of Liberty back.

.... and the Russians

Heard from the Russian mafia. They'll take two hundred of the US missiles to sell on the open market, and they'll also arrange for some nuclear warhead designers they employ to make them safe. Sounds like a good deal, but this is all taking up much too much of my time.

Sold to China

OK, the Chinese will take fifty submarine-launched missiles in return for the submarine itself so they can reverse-engineer the technology. Looks like a good deal.
